Tetrazine-PEG

This ligation chemistry between a trans cyclooctene (TCO) and tetrazine (Tz) forms a dihydropyridazine bond through an inverse demand Diels Alder cycloaddition reaction. The chemoselective TCO Tz ligation pair has ultrafast kinetics (> 800 M 1s 1) unmatched by any other bioorthogonal ligation pair.
