Boc-Amine Alkyne-PEG-acid, MW 2,000 is a boc protected PEGylation reagent which is reactive with azide molecule in the presence of copper catalyst via click chemistry to form a triazole bond. The carboxylic acid can be reacted with amine in the presence of HATU or EDC to form an amide bond. The deprotection of amine group can be easily done in an acidic solution using HCl or TFA to yield a free amine. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
