N-(t-butyl ester-PEG3)-N-bis(PEG3-azide)

N-(t-butyl ester-PEG3)-N-bis(PEG3-azide) is a branched conjugation reagent with a terminal t-butyl group and a terminal pair of azide groups. The azide groups are very reactive with alkynes such as DBCO, BCN and propargyl via Click Chemistry. The t-butyl group can be deprotected under acidic conditions. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases the hydrophilic properties of the compound.
