Cy7 Azide is a fluorescent probe with a terminal azide group. The Cy7 fluorescent molecule is a far-red-fluorescent probe that is pH-insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10, with an Abs/Em maxima of 753 nm and 775 nm. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage and as an azide-copper complex. The reaction works well under diluted conditions.
