Tetrazine

Tetrazine reagents can be applied for many applications such as antibody labeling and protein modification. Tetrazine was found the fastest kinetics for bioorthogonal reaction with trans-cyclooctene (TCO) as the dienophile. The chemical stability of tetrazines is lower compared to methyltetrazines.
