COOH-PLGA(20k)-PEG(2k)-MAL is a nanomicellar-forming block copolymer which can be used for formulation and delivery of biopharmaceutical drugs. The carboxyl group can react with amine in the presence of activator, such as HATU or EDC, via formation of amide bond. The maleimide moiety can react with thiol (SH) at pH 6.5-7.5 via formation of thioether linkage. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
