NH2-PLGA(2k)-mPEG(1k) is a self-assembling block copolymer with terminal amine which is reactive with NHS-ester to form a stable amide linkage. The polymer consists of two distinct polymers, a hydrophobic poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) block and a hydrophilic PEG block. The polymer is commonly used to encapsulate drugs for controlled release drug delivery system. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
