PLGA(30k)-mPEG(2k) is a biodegradable amphiphilic polymer which forms micelles in water with poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) (hydrophobic block) as core and PEG (hydrophilic block) as shell. The polymer can be used to prepare nanoparticles for drug delivery or nanomedicine. The hydroxyl group on PLGA can further derivatize the compound. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
