PLGA(3k)-PEG(1k)-ALK is a click polymer which forms triazole bond in the presence of copper (Cu) catalyst. The polymer is biodegradable via hydrolytic attack on the ester bond. It is an amphiphilic polymer with hydrophobic poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) attached to hydrophilic PEG and often used as drug nanocarriers in nanomedicine. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
