PLGA(10k)-PEG(2k)-IA is a micelle-forming block copolymer which can be used to prepare nanomicellar for for sustained release drug delivery. The copolymer consists of hydrophobic poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) and hydrophilic PEG. The iodoacetyl is reactive with thiol via thioether bond formation. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
