PLGA(3k)-PEG(1k)-NH2 is an NHS ester reactive amphiphilic polymer. Upon dispersion, the hydrophobic poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) is shielded from the water by the PEG. The PLGA core regions can serve as reservoir for hydrophobic drugs in nanomicellar drug delivery formulation. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
