PLGA(4k)-PEG(3k)-NHS is an active NHS ester terminated block copolymer. The polymer can self-assemble in aqueous solution with poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) being shielded from water by PEG. The NHS ester is reactive with amine nucleophile. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
