PLGA(1k)-PEG(2k)-SPDP is a biodegradable block copolymer. The polymer can form micelles in water and be used to prepare nanomicellar for controlled therapeutics delivery. The SPDP can react with thio to form disulfide linkage. The degradation of polymer happens via hydrolytic attack on the ester bonds. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
