ACRL-PLA(10K)-PEG(5K)-ALK is a biofunctional amphiphilic block copolymer with a propargyl group at the end of PEG and acrylate at the end of poly(L-Lactide). Acrylate group can be used for polymerization in the presence of radical or UV initiator. The propargyl group can be linked to azide-containing biomolecules via Click Chemistry.
