ACRL-PCL(10k)-PEG(3.4k)-ALK is a biodegradable diblock copolymer consisting of a hydrophilic block PEG and a hydrophobic block polycaprolactone (PCL). It can be used to prepare core-shell micelles, nanoparticles and microspheres. The acrylate group can react with thiol vial thiol-ene reaction or be polymerized in the presence of radical initiator. The alkyne terminal is reactive with azide to form a stable triazole bond via CuAAC. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
