PCL(1k)-PEG(2k)-ALK

PCL(1k)-PEG(2k)-ALK

PCL(1k)-PEG(2k)-ALK is a biodegradable amphiphilic polymer which forms micelles in water with polycaprolactone (PCL) (hydrophobic block) as core and PEG (hydrophilic block) as shell. The polymer can be used to prepare nanoparticles for drug delivery or nanomedicine. The alkyne terminal is reactive with azido molecule in the presence of Cu catalyst to form a stable triazole bond. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
