PCL(1k)-PEG(5k)-FITC is an amphiphilic diblock copolymer which allows encapsulation of nutrients or therpeutics via formation of micelles for targeted drug delivery system. The FITC is a green dye used for staining cells, tissues, biomarkers or nanoparticles. FITC has peak absorption or excitation at 494 nm and maximum emission at 521 nm.
