PCL(3k)-PEG(2k)-N3 is an azide functionalized block copolymer. The terminal azide is reactive with alkyne via SPAAC/CuAAC. In water, the polymer can form micelles where the core contains polycaprolactone (PCL) and the shell are made of hydrophilic PEG. It can be used to prepare drug loaded nanoparticles in drug delivery system. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
