PCL(1k)-PEG(1k)-SPDP is a water insoluble block copolymer with SPDP moiety. It is reactive with thiol to form disulfides bond. The polymer self-assembles in water which can be used to prepare micellar nanoparticles for sustained drug delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
