PCL(10k)-PEG(3k)-RhB contains hydrophilic PEG block in between hydrophobic polycaprolactone (PCL) block. Upon dispersion in water, the polymer can self-assemble to form micelles and can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs. The ester bonds of PCL is biodegradable via hydrolysis. The red dyed-micelles can be tracked by microscopy technique. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
