PCL(1k)-PEG(2k)-Thiol is a biocompatible block copolymer with hydrophobic polycaprolactone (PCL) and hydrophilic PEG. The polymer can be used for formulation of nanomicellar for sustained drug delivery. The terminal thiol is reactive with maleimide via formation of thioether bond.
