PCL(4k)-PEG(2k)-VS enables reaction with thiol molecule via thiol-ene reaction. The polymer is amphiphilic which can self-assemble in aqueous soluton with polycaprolactone as core and PEG as shell facing the water. It can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs for controlled release drug delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
