PLA(10k)-PEG(3k)-ALK is an alkyne terminated amphiphilic block copolymer (ABC) which can react with azido molecule in the presence of Cu catalyst to form a stable triazole bond. The ABC can self-assemble in water to form micelles with racemic of PLA as core and PEG as shell. It can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs for drug delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
