PLA(2k)-PEG(5k)-BIO is a self-assembling polymer which can be used for biotinylation. The amphiphilic polymer consists of racemic PLA (hydrophobic) and PEG (hydrophilic). In aqueous media, the polymer can form micelles which can be used to encapsulate therapeutic agents in drug delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
