PLA(3k)-PEG(2k)-MAL is a micelle-forming polymer for drug encapsulation in drug delivery system. The polymer has terminal maleimide which can react with thiol molecule to form a stable thioether linkage. The PLA is made of racemic D-lactide/L-lactide. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
