PLLA(10k)-PEG(5k)-ALK is an alkyne terminated amphiphilic block copolymer (ABC) which can react with azido molecule in the presence of Cu catalyst to form a stable triazole bond. The ABC can self-assemble in water to form micelles with poly(L-lactide) as core and PEG as shell. It can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs for drug delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
