PLLA(4k)-PEG(5k)-FITC is a biocompatible block copolymer with green FITC dye attached to the hydrophilic PEG. The hydrophobic block of poly(L-lactide) can be used to encapsulate lipophilic drugs. The polymer is biodegradable via hydrolysis of the ester bonds. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
