PLLA(3k)-PEG(1k)-MAL is a monofunctional amphiphile polymer with maleimide terminal which can react with thiol at physiological pH. The polymer consists of hydrophobic poly(L-lactide) and hydrophilic PEG. It can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs for targeted drug delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
