PLLA(2k)-PEG(1k)-SPDP is a linear monofunctional block copolymer. The SPDP group can react with an thiol molecule to form disulfide linkage. The block copolymer consists of poly(L-lactide) (PLLA) hydrophobic block attached to PEG hydrophilic block. It can be used to prepare micellar nanoparticles for drug delivery.
