PLGA(1k)-PEG(1k)-RhB

PLGA(1k)-PEG(1k)-RhB

PLGA(1k)-PEG(1k)-RhB has a terminal red fluorescent probe (rhodamine) for labeling. The amphiphile polymer contains hydrophilic PEG block and hydrophobic poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) blocks Upon dispersion in water, the polymer can self-assemble to form micelles and can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs. The ester bonds of PLGA is biodegradable via hydrolysis. This polymer can be used to prepare drug-loaded nanoparticles for controlled release drug delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
