Tritylthiol-PGlu, MW 5,000 is a synthetic polyamino acid having one COOH function per glutamic acid unit and a terminal Tritylthiol group. pGlu is soluble in water(alkaline solution), dichloroacetic acid, chloroform, DMF(warm), and dioxane. The terminal trityl group can be easily removed by TFA to obtain free SH.
