N-TETAMINE-pSar45-Maleimide is a polysarcosine (pSar) derivative featuring an N-tetamine head group, a 25-mer polysarcosine tail, and a maleimide functional group. Sarcosine is an amino acid derivative that is being developed as an alternative to PEG for in vivo applications due to its biodegradability and highly reduced antigenicity.
