BroadPharm is a fast-growing biotech company specializing in providing PEG products to a worldwide clientele, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales/ marketing manager to strengthen our Sales & Marketing department.
- Address customers’ inquiries regarding products & services.
- Prepare quote and send to the client in a timely manner.
- Strengthen the business connection/collaboration with our current clients, visiting clients if necessary.
- Represent the company at national meetings/tradeshows.
- Generate an annual marketing plan and monitor on product competitor’s reports and benchmarking.
- Identify business growth drivers and visit market to ensure brand visibility. Develop consistent pricing and sales policy and to monitor competitor’s activities.
- Stay informed with industry trends, while continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost efficiency of marketing campaigns and expand our client base.
- Responsible for successfully reaching or exceeding sales growth goals set by CEO.
- Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team—provide motivation and inspiration with the ability to work cross-culturally.
- Engage in technical conversations with top-level scientists and researchers around the world.
- Possess technical writing ability covering product description and customer inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in biochemistry or organic chemistry, knowledge in bioconjugation chemistry is preferred. 1-2 years of lab experience is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience.
- Solid computer skills and experience in web-based marketing and social media.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in management in a corporate setting with strong organizational skills.
