N-Desthiobiotin-N-bis(PEG4-t-butyl ester) is a PEG linker containing two t-butyl protected carboxyl groups and desthiobiotin, which is a modified form of biotin that bonds to avidin, streptavidin and other biotin-binding protein-based affinity columns and are recognized by anti-biotin antibodies.
