BP Fluor 488 Maleimide is a widely used labeling reagent. It will react with the thiol- or cysteine group in antibody, proteins, peptides, SH-modified oligos, and other target molecules. The dye has an excitation peak at 499 nm and an emission peak at 520 nm. The conjugates are popularly applied in microscopy, flow cytometry, and other applications.
