PCL(1k)-PEG(5k)-BIO is a biocompatible amphiphile polymer with polycaprolactone (PCL) hydrophobic block and PEG hydrophilic block. The polymer self-assembles in water to form micelles where the core can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs. It can bind strongly to avidin or streptavidin via biotinylation. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
