PCL(3k)-PEG(1k)-FITC is a FITC-functionalized amphiphile polymer. The polymer consists of hydrophobic polycaprolactone (PCL) and hydrophilic PEG. It can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs for targeted drug delivery. The green fluorescent probe can be used for staining cells, tissues, biomarkers or nanoparticles and be traced by fluorescence microscopy. FITC has peak absorption or excitation at 494 nm and maximum emission at 521 nm. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
