PCL(3k)-PEG(2k)-FITC allows self assembly when dispersed in water. The micelle structure consists of hydrophobic core (polycaprolactone (PCL)) and hydrophilic shell (PEG). It can be used to prepare drug nanocarrier in drug delivery system. The polymer is modified with fluorescein (green) dye which can be used for staining cells, tissues, biomarkers, or nanoparticles and can be traced easily with fluorescence microscopy. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
