PCL(2k)-PEG(2k)-SPDP undergoes thiol exchange chemistry when reacted with thiol molecule. The polymer can self-assemble in water due to different hydrophilicity of its blocks, the polycaprolactone (PCL) hydrophobic block being shielded by the hydrophilic PEG. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
