PCL(2k)-PEG(5k)-SPDP is a nanomicellar-forming diblock copolymer which can be used for formulation and delivery of biopharmaceutical drugs. The polymer is biocompatible and biodegradable via hydrolytic attack on the ester bonds. The SPDP terminal is reactive with thiol via thiol exchange reaction. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
