PCL(3k)-PEG(3k)-SPDP is a biodegradable amphiphilic block copolymer. The degradation of the polymer is done via hydrolytic attack on the ester bonds. SPDP end group can react with thiol molecule. The polymer can self-assemble in aqueous media and be used as strategies for sustained drug delivery using micellar nanocarriers. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
