PCL(4k)-PEG(2k)-SPDP is a self-assembling polymer with polycaprolactone (PCL) core and PEG shell configuration. The PCL can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs while the PEG provides protection against degradation (enzymatic/hydrolysis). The SPDP group can react with thio via disulfide bond formation. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
