PLGA(20k)-mPEG(2k) is an amphiphilic block copolymer which can self-assemble in aqueous media to form micelles. The copolymer contains poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) as a hydrophobic segment and PEG as a hydrophilic block. The polymer is biodegradable and can be used as vesicles by encapsulating hydrophobic drugs in its hydrophobic regions. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
