NH2-PLGA(5k)-mPEG(5k) is an amphiphile block copolymer which can self-assemble in water to form micelles with poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) as a core shielded by PEG. The core regions can serves as hydrophobic drugs reservoirs which can then be delivered 'stealthily' in vivo. The amine group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde), etc. Reagent grade, for research use only.
