BP Fluor 800 NHS ester is a conceptually new class of sterically shielded NIR cyanine heptamethine dye with emission wavelengths >740 nm. This dye contains two shielding PEG arms directly over both faces of the heptamethine fluorochrome blocking any undesired bimolecular association processes, resulting in a significant increase in fluorescence brightness. BP Fluor 800 NHS ester reacts with the amine group in antibody, proteins, peptides, amino-modified oligos, and other target molecules.
