BP Fluor 680 (Alexa Flour 680 Equivalent) is a bright and photostable fluorescent dye with an excitation peak at 681 nm and an emission peak at 704 nm. It is spectrally identical to Alexa Fluor® 680 and IRDye® 680RD. BP Fluor 680 is often used for small animal imaging, cytometry, western blot, etc. BP Fluor 680 molecules can be conjugated to proteins at high molar ratios without significant self-quenching.
