Tetrazine-PEG5-NHS Ester is a PEG linker containing a tetrazine group and an NHS ester which is very reactive with amine(NH2)-containing molecule. Tetrazine enable fast click reaction with TCO (trans-cycloctene). The chemical stability of tetrazines is lower compared to methyltetrazines, but it is in acceptable range and thus can be applied for many applications. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
