PCL(2k)-PEG(3k)-BIO is an avidin/streptavidin binding amphiphilic polymer. Upon dispersion in water, the polymer can form micelles with polycaprolactone (PCL) as core and PEG as shell. The core can serve as reservoir for hydrophobic drugs while the shell can protect the core from degradation (enzymatic or hydrolysis). Reagent grade, for research purpose.
