PCL(10k)-PEG(2k)-BIO is a biotin containing block copolymer with hydrophobic polycaprolactone (PCL) chemically attached to hydrophilic PEG. The biotin can strongly bind to avidin/streptavidin. The polymer can form micelles in water with arrangement of PCL as core and PEG as shell. Hydrophobic drugs can be entrapped in the core during micelles formation. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
