PLGA(2k)-mPEG(5k) can be used to prepare nanoparticles for drug delivery applications. The polymer contains a hydrophobic poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) block attached to a hydrophilic PEG block. The polyester PLGA allows hydrolytic degradation on the ester bonds. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
